A gazette notification has been issued enabling the transfer of the Development and National Lotteries Boards to the Ministry of Finance.
The Development and National Lotteries Board which was initially under the Finance Ministry was transferred to the Foreign Ministry on June 09, 2017, after the appointment of Ravi Karunanayake as the Foreign Minister.
It has now once again been vested with the Ministry of Finance.
